Issues that May Concern You

+ If the weather conditions make the event unsafe we will provide an alternative date, by mutual agreement. If there are no suitable dates available a full refund will be given.


+ If the confirmed booking is cancelled by the customer less than 5 days prior to the trip, the deposit is non-refundable, but you do have an option to transfer the date to another day, if that day is available.

+ If any passenger is incapacitated due to drugs or alcohol boarding will be refused or the charter will be terminated if/when the condition is discovered. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

 + If a passenger has a known health-related condition or physical limitation this should be discussed at the time of the booking

+ Children are welcomed but must be supervised by their caregiver at all times

+ We do not have eftpos or credit card facilities

Checklist

Clothing should include something warm, sunglasses, sunblock and hat in summer. Footwear is compulsory 

Please bring your own food, and any other refreshments you may need. 

Alcohol is permitted but intoxication will not be tolerated if you are the organiser of a group booking, please advise all members of the group.
